Tom Miller is a self-taught watercolor artist based in Rhode Island. His paintings feature New England landscapes, coastal scenes, historic buildings, and birds. His Labrador, Remy, is also a favorite subject. He has been painting for many years and recently began pursuing art full time after retiring from his 40+ year career.
